What's the difference between genuine and compatible cartridges?
Genuine (OEM) cartridges are made by the printer manufacturer (e.g. HP, Canon, Brother). Compatible cartridges are made by third-party manufacturers as a more affordable alternative. They're designed to work in your printer and are covered by our returns policy.
How do I find the right cartridge for my printer?
Use our "Find Your Ink Fast" tool above — select your printer brand, series, and model, and we'll show you every compatible cartridge. Alternatively, you can search by the cartridge code printed on your current cartridge. If you're still unsure, contact us and we'll help you find the right ink.
How long does delivery take?
Most NZ addresses receive their order within 1–3 business days. Rural deliveries may take an extra day. Shipping is free on orders over $100 — for smaller orders, rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your returns policy?
If a product is faulty or doesn't work as expected, we'll replace it at no cost. Simply contact our support team to arrange a return.
Will compatible cartridges void my printer warranty?
No. Under New Zealand consumer law, using compatible cartridges does not void your printer warranty. Printer manufacturers cannot require you to use only their branded cartridges.
