If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us immediately. In many cases, within the 180 day returns limitation period, an immediate replacement will be offered or your purchase price refunded. Also, 180 day limitation may be extended at our discretion.

1.             Unopened OEM and Compatible  Cartridges -  All incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods to be returned to us may incur a 10% restocking fee and the freight charge is not refundable. The request to return goods must be made within 7 days from the invoice date. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable.

2.              Opened Cartridges -
      a/ Compatible/ Remanufactured opened cartridges - If you are unsatisfied with your compatible cartridge or find that it is defective it may be returned within 180 days of purchase. A replacement cartridge or refund of the purchase price (in proportion to the cartridge content remaining) will be given at our descretion.

      b/ OEM (genuine branded ) cartridges (Apple, Brother, Canon, Epson, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, Samsung, Fuji Xerox ) are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. If you have a defective item, we can contact the manufacturer on your behalf. The manufacturers' warranty will vary from brand to brand but generally they will require serial numbers of both the toner cartridge and drum( where applicable) as well as a printout of the defective imaging and the return of the cartridge. We do not accept returns of open OEM cartridges.
